Court STAY on Up Junior Science Math Teacher Recruitment 2013

As it was expected finally court has given stay on the recruitment of junior Teacher recruitment 2013 for science and math teacher subject. However process of the recruitment will be continued but till the court order now recruitment , joining or Appointment for science and math teacher post would be take place. HC Allahabad has given this decision that till the hearing is running on recruitment process will be continue but appointment will be done after the court orders. A petitioner named Neelam Gautam filed a write in high court about the recruitment of junior primary school teacher for science and math teacher posts directly. Next hearing date of JRT upper Primary teacher vacancy is 26 November 2013. court ordered to Secretary of Basic education and secretary of basic education council / basic shiksha parishad to present in court with all recruitment orders. a written petitioner have objection about for the selection of Junior teacher via promotion and Direct recruitment method at the same time. Recently state government decided to fill the science posts of junior school via 50% direct recruitment and 50% via promotion. However seats of ART category currently filled only promotion. So in this case , to fill only science and math post via direct recruitment is the injustice and unlawful decision of the government.
