Finally after a long time ,a new hearing date has been finalized by High court of Allahabad on the matter of 72825 primary teacher / Trainee Teacher recruitment of uttar pradesh for B.ed Degree holder. All those candidates who spent there money more then 50 thousands including both vacancies, are taking each date very seriously that that decision will be out but they just getting new date due to a lot reasons and other technicality. Next hear dates is 7 November 2013 for the hearing of Assistant teacher recruitment of uttar pradesh. Candidates are hoping that final decision and judgment will come tomorrow without any more delay. HC Allahabad decide to start hearing of writ petition on primary teacher on Urgency mode. So its expected that decision will be come tomorrow. Sources are also saying that UPAR MAHADHIVKTA of uttar pradesh will also appear in court for submitting the facts on behalf of State government of Uttar pradesh. all mater and writ petition similar to this case will be taken by court Jointly for disposing them quickly. Primary teacher / assistant teacher recruitment which was published for the b.ed degree holder of uttar pradesh facing a lot of court case since the advertisement has been published on 2011. a lot of technical issues were raised during the previous government and till date yet not resolved any matter .
There are two groups of b.ed and TET qualified candidates many of them wants to fill this vacancy on the basis of UPTET merit and remaining candidates want to fill this vacancy on the basis of academic merit. Both have a lot argument about what should be the based of the selection of assistant teacher. Government also waiting the decision of courts and candidates waiting the decision of the government and Judgment of the courts.
Parliament election is not so far , and NCTE had given only dead live of march 2014 to appoint B.ed candidates for the posts assistant teacher posts if Code of conduct will be applicable in the month of January then it sure that they will be disqualify by NCTE for the appointment on teacher posts. hope so decision will be out tomorrow .

सरकारी अधिवक्ता द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि भर्ती की प्रक्रिया करने में नियमावली में आवश्यक संसोधन किया जा चुका है, प्रदेश सरकार का पक्ष रख रहे अपर महाधिवक्ता सी0वी0 यादव का कहना था कि सरकार ने नियमावली में संशोधन कर दिया है इसलिए अब 2011 का विज्ञापन निष्प्रभावी हो गया है। चयन का आधार शैक्षणिक गुणांक को कर दिया गया है और सरकार का यह अधिकार क्षेत्र में निहित है। पूर्व विज्ञापन को नियमावली के विपरीत होने के कारण पूर्ण रदद किया जा चुका है, साथ ही शैक्षिणिक गुणांकों के आधार पर बी0टी0सी0 व वि0बी0टी0सी0 उत्तीर्ण की भर्तियां की जा चुकी है।
