Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification: BE / B.tech in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering ,Electrical Engineering , Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,  Metallurgical Engineering, with 65% marks . Appearing candidates can also fill application form. Integrated ME/ M.Tech candidates will be also eligible.

IAF AFCAT Exam Results and Cutoff marks 25 August 2013

Indian Air Force every year invites application form from Men and Women to join the Indian air force as commissioned officer in flying Technical and Ground branches. This time a common written exam was held for MEN / WOMEN for following courses commencing in January 2014

They told us that question paper of AFCAT exam was containing 100 questions. All questions will carry equal marks. For each correct question each candidates will awarded 3 marks and for each wrong answer one mark will be deducted. Negative marking was applicable so its expectation that cutoff marks will not be high. Total 2 hours had given for attempting the question paper.

Question of AFACT was asked from various fields.
General Awareness – History, Sports, Geography, Environment, Civics, Basic Science, Defence, Art, Culture, Current Affairs, Politics etc.
Verbal Ability in English – Comprehension, Error Detection, Sentence Completion, Synonyms, Antonyms and Testing of Vocabulary.
Numerical Ability – Decimal Fraction, Simplification, Average, Profit & loss, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion and Simple interest.
Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test – Verbal Skills and Spatial Ability.

A student name Vikas tolds that General awareness question of AFACT was difficult. Verbal ability in English section was easy. Numerical ability related question was average level of difficulty and reasoning section was also easy but military aptitude test was difficult. TNPSC Group 4 Exam Cutoff Results 25 august 2013

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission conducted a common written examination for the recruitment of Group 4 service 2013. Written exam was held on 25 august 2013 at various centers of major districts of Tamil Nadu. Written exam was held for 3469 posts of Junior Assistant, 62 posts of junior assistant Security, 19 posts of bill collector, 1738 posts of Typist, 242 posts of Steno, 6 posts of Filed Surveyor, and 30 posts of Draftsman
Notification for the posts of Group 4 was published in the month of June 14 June 2013.
Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on the written examination.

Those candidates who participated in TNPSC Group IV examination they share there exam experience with us. They told us that there was only one question was asked in written examination of Group IV. 75 questions were asked from general study and 25 questions were asked from aptitude test.  Question paper of general study was not so difficult. Question of general study and Aptitude test was moderate level of difficulty and stander of question was senior secondary level.  100 question was asked from general timil  / general English section.. English section was average. So mostly candidates attempted 40 to 60 questions in English section.
Total 3 hours had given for attempting the question paper. Question paper will carry 300 marks. Minimum passing marks / qualifying marks for in group 4 examination of TNPSC was 90 marks.
A general category candidate named Manish said that expected cutoff marks for this year Group 4 service for UR un reserved category candidates will be near about 200 to 220 out of 300 marks.
