UP BTC Selection Process Procedure 2013 Merit District Option

After passing the last date of online application form submission for UP BTC training 2013 now SCERT giving chance to candidates for correcting the application form. Last date of making correction in BTC application form is 2 September 2013.

Selection process and procedure for UP BTC 2013: selection for UPBTC training 2013 for government DIET and Private colleges will be based on the marks percentage obtained by candidates in high school, intermediate and Graduation. Now this is question that how merit will be calculated for BTC merit if you observe the GO published for BTC training , then its cleared mentioned that a percentage of academic record will be calculated via gudank System but in BTC General Guideline FILE there are nothing about Gudank Method. So let us see what happened with merit list. If SCERT will adopt old method of merit calculation then marks percentage will be calculated directly of class 10, class 12th and graduation marks.
In case Gudank marks of Two candidates will be equal in same category, then higher age holder candidates will get preference. If gudank and age are also equal then priority will be decided by name of alphabetical order.

Calculation of Gudank
High School marks Percentage + intermediate marks percentage + Graduation marks Percentage
You can ask your question about your selection in you category after adding your marks percentage. We will try to resolve your doubts.

Selection: all selection process and procedure for BTC training will be completed by principal, of DIET of concerning districts.
If your university provided marks in CGPA or SGPA or Grade Point hen just ask your university / Deemed University to provide Conversion formulae for converting marks. Basically CGPA marks is given in out of 10 scale and it’s converted in percentage after multiplying via 9.5
For example your CGPA is 8.06 then your equivalent percentage will be 8.06*9.5 =76.57%.
If they ask maximum marks / total marks and Obtained marks then you can easily convert above percentage out of 1000 marks that means 765/1000.
After that don’t forget to collect a certificate of conversion from you university other wise you may be disqualified during counselling
this time each candidates will get a chance for giving there option for applying 10 districts and they will allotted there desired district on the basis of the there gudank during counselling. this time merit list will be prepared on state level instead of district level.
