Its expected that now time for waiting for decision on Up Tet now going to be over. Now its seems that High Court Allahabad will give there final decision of UpTET and Trainee Teacher recruitment 2011. next hearing date on writ petition filled by various candidates is 13 September 2013. Every TET pass b.ed candidates assuming that court will give there final Judgment on 13 September 2013. Court will give there decision regarding what will be selection procedure for trainee Teacher. TET pass B.ed candidates now divided in two groups, one group supporting TET merit and another one supporting academic merit for the selection of B.ed Trainee Teacher. So now court will be decided what will the base of the selection of teacher. Previous state government published the recruitment notification for the posts of 72825 Trainee Teachers and selection base was TET merit but after that new government changed the rule canceled previous recruitment notification and decided to complete the recruitment process on the basis of academic merit. So if court will give there final decision on the selection base then recruitment process of 72825 Trainee Teacher will be completed very soon.
