According to latest notification published by University grant commission for UGC net dec 2013 revised dates as are follows

Last date for Applying online and generation of filled bank Challan for fee ; 4 November 2013
Last date of appellation form fee submission through online generated Challan at any branch of state bank of India: 7 November 2013
Last date of taking Printout of application form , attendance slip and admit card from UGC official website which is www.ugcnetonline.in : 10 November 2013
Last date of receiving the print out of online application form One copy and attendance slip one copy at the respective coordinating university opted by the candidates with fee receipt and category certificate : 4 November 2013

Previously last date of application form submission 30 October 2013 , mostly candidates complaint that UGC online registration website not working properly that’s why UGC decided to given 5 more days for online registration.
