UPTET 2014 Exam Date 11, 12 January announced

Pariksha Niyamak pradhikari of Uttar pradesh (exam regulatory authority) of UP now started the preparation for conducting next Upcoming Uptet January 2014. As we predicted that next TET will be held in the month of January 2014, our prediction is now correct. TET for Shiksha Mitra in UP latest News Sep 2013 By RTI on RTE

Now RTI creates a new dispute in RTE. a new explanation now published that to provide Exemption from TET to shiksha Mitra is the right of State government. However till date we were familiar that no teacher will be appointed for Primary teacher posts without qualifying UPTET or CTET. A lot of rumors are already in the air that TET is compulsory for 1.72 lakh shiksha Mitra or not. MHRD now given new definition that taking decision on necessity of Shiksha Mitra is the right of state government. A Shiksha Mitra of Punjab filed a RTI and asked about TET for shiksha Mitra, and then MHRD replied that this decision will be taken by state government. However every one knows that NCTE given decision in 2011that shiksha Mitra is not permanent posts or not equivalent to assistant teacher of Primary school so TET will be compulsory for Shiksha Mitra. Both replies contradict with each other. So you can easily understand what will be happened on shiksha Mitra Joining / appointment. When RTE authorities have no cleared opinion on this matter that how recruitment process will be started for Shiksha Mitra. Shiksha Mitra training was started from July 2011 and however TET was compulsory to all BTC batches mostly BTC trained candidates before 2010 yet not get the job. Court also denied giving any exemption to any one from TET on their decision.
Rules are saying that Recruitment process for Primary teacher will be only started and will be valid when notification Advertisement for the recruitment of Assistant Teacher will be published by BSA or Basic Shiksha adhikari. In this case no recruitment notification yet published by any BSA.
Shiksha Mitra appealing that they are working since long time in primary Scholl so they will be just adjusted / Smayojit and no recruitment process will be started for them. However state government of uttar pradesh published GO for the recruitment of Shiksha Mitra . let us see what happened in this matter.

UP Anudeshak Vaikalpik Acharya Permanent Recruitment for Primary teacher Posts 2013

A very surprising and apprising news coming for UP Anudeshak (Instructor) posts and Vaikalpik acharya of Uttar pradesh. Sources are saying that Basic shiksha parishad now send the proposal for making teacher of Primary school. Well this is not a official news but credible sources are saying that Anudeshak and Vaikalpik acharya may be get permanent Joining. We cant deny such type of news in the election year. if state government will give there approval on that proposal then very soon those Anudeshak , Vaikalpik acharya, and Madarsa Anudeshak was appointed under the scheme of Prathamik Shiksha Karyakram DPEO they will be appointed in primary schools of Uttar pradesh basic shiksha parishad. State government also considering to give 2 year BTC training via Distance or correspondence and after completing training they will be adjusted / Smayojan in government school. Basic shiksha parishad send their proposal for such type of plan for training for Anudeshak. Now decision will be taken by education minister of uttar pradesh. Very soon a decision will be taken by top level. approximately there are total 11500 Anudeshak now available.
As we know central government started a scheme in 1999 name DPEP , the aim of DPEP scheme was to open a education center in that place where no government school available .  That time High School pass Male female candidates got the Job of Anudeshak, Vaikalpik acharya by Gram shiksha samiti of concerned village. Such type scheme was also launched for Madarsa school and Madarsa Anudeshak were appointed for Urdu, arbi and Hindi teaching. After the enactment of SSA scheme this DPEP scheme was combined with Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in 2005. Everything was ok since 2009 but in 2009 government stopped paying to Vaikalpik acharya and Anudeshak and scheme of Madarsa Anudeshak was suspend on 2012.
After that these candidates met to new Up government education minister and they assured to these candidates that they will be trained as BTC Training after completing they will be appointed for the posts of Primary teacher.
