No Salary for Newly appointed teacher In primary School of UP.

Despite deepawali being around the corner nearly 275 newly appointed teacher in primary school in Allahabad have failed to receive there first salary after passing 3 months. As per the teacher , the state government on one hand was distributing special Deepwali bonus to government employee and other teacher in advance and other official of basic shiksha parishad had not shown any inters in getting there salaries released.

Reports saying that 275 teacher were recruited in Allahabad under the 10800 recruitment process which was started from may after that these teacher got the joining letter and  / appointment letter which was issued in 25 July with 4 days delay on 28 July 2013. Mostly teacher joined on 29 July 2013. Mostly teacher got joining letter which belongs from the outside of the Allahabad. Really its very critical situation for newly appointed teacher because mostly all teacher except female got school more then 70 km from the district head quarter and paying more then 6000 per month on  Petrol and other expenditure. So it’s a very difficult to carry on teaching with good Mood without getting salary from 3 months. Teachers are saying that when they concerted to clerk of BSA office then mostly clerk has no time of 1 minute to listing the problem of teacher. They are just saying you document verification are under Process when it will be completed then process of salary will be started. However reports saying that 80% document verification already done on the level of DIET during the BTC training. According To Teacher ,

Intension is very clear , if you pay bribe for your 1st salary then they  will do work other wise >………………………………………..document verification are under Process………………………..

Rural Development Department of Bihar published the notification for the recruitment various posts on contract basic. Notification Gramin Awas Sahayak, Gramin Awaas Paryavekshak and Lekha Sahayak published for the better execution of the Indira Awas Yojana.  Application form is invited online for various posts. Recruitment will be done on contract basis.

Eligibility Criteria: Age limit : minimum age 21 year and maximum 35 year as on  1 November 2013 ,

Selection procedure: A merit lists / medha Suchi will be prepared on the basis intermediate marks percentage with following Bonus marks,
Gramin Awaas Sahayak:
PG / Intermediate with math / graduation without math : 10 marks
Graduation with math 20 marks

State Level merit of UP BTC 2013 publish on 22 October scertup.net.in

SCERT of Uttar pradesh now published the detailed schedule and date of further process of UP BTC training 2013. According to revised program it expected that merit list  will be out on 22 October 2013 online. First time in uttar pradesh UPBTC 2013 merit lists will be prepared on state level for the BTC training. Cutoff No will be just doubled on the basis of no of applicant applied for these vacancies. Certificate, mark sheet and other related documents will be verified district wise for which they applied for. After the declaration of UP BTC merit lists / Cutoff lists category wise candidates will call for give there option for 10 selected districts. On the basis of marks of the candidates, will be allotted district diet for training on the basis of there priority. So high merit holder candidates have maximum opportunity to get BTC seats in DIET of Good Cities. After that seats allotment will be done for Private colleges. Basic difference between government DIET and Private BTC colleges is that government Training Colleges like DIET only charge 4600 per year fee for BTC training other hand private colleges have two categories of seats. Category 1 called Free Seats and category 2 is Paid seats. BTC program fee for free category in private BTC colleges is 22 thousands per year and fee of paid seats is 44 thousands per months.
Counselling Process, issuing of the merit lists, Cutoff lists for BTC on state will be issued by SCERT of uttar pradesh.
