Assam Public Service Commission APSC now published the notification ADVT. NO 06/2013 on 11 august 2013 for the recruitment of various posts. APSC will hold a preliminary examination on the basis of combined competitive examination 2013 for the selection of various posts. After that a main examination will be held for all qualified candidates of Pre examination. Written examination will be held in various districts. However Main Exam will be only held in Guwahati only.

How to Apply: all candidate are required to fill application form at APSC official website which is www.apsc.nic.in
There are no needs to send application form copy to APSC.
Important Dates: online application form will be filled from 20 august 2013. Last date of application form Submission online registration is 19 September 2013.
Application Form Fee: NIL,
Examination Fee: rs 25 for SC / ST and for other candidates fee will be rs 50.
Fee will be despised via E Challan form of SBI.
Eligibility Criteria: Age limit : Minimum 21 years maximum 38 years as on 1 January 2013.
Education Qualification: candidates must require holding a Graduation Degree.
Stages of the written Examination: preliminary Examination, main Examination and Interview test
Preliminary exam pattern Syllabus: pre exam will comprise two objective question paper. Total 2 hours will be given for attempting the papers. Paper 1 will carry 200 marks 200 marks for general study subject and paper 2 will also carry 200 marks .
Total marks; 400 marks.
