National Insurance Corporation is now going to hold a common written examination for the posts of Administrative officer posts. Written exam will be held for 1434 posts. An all India level competitive exam will be held for 4 leading companies which are NICL National insurance company limited NICL; the new India Assurance Company limited, oriental insurance company limited OICL and united India Insurance Company limited UIICL. There are 432 posts in NICL, 494 posts in NIACL, 223 posts in OICL and 294 in UICL.
NICL declared the exam date for Administrative officer posts. Written exam will be held on 8 September 2013 at all over India.

Just like other examination NICL will host admit card / call letter for Administrative officer posts before the 7 days of the examination. So officially NICL AO call letter / hall ticket will be available for download from 1 September 2013. So wait few more days for downloading you admit card. Selection for AO posts will be based on the written exam of 8 September 2013 and interview test.

For Generalist
Test of Reasoning 25
Test of English Language 25
Test of General Awareness 25
Test of Numerical Ability & Computer Literacy 25
Test in English language comprising of: Essay, Précis & Comprehension 50
TOTAL (Aggregate) 150 marks
Total Time Duration: 180 mins.
For Specialist
Test of Reasoning 20
Test of English Language 20
Test of General Awareness 20
Test of Numerical Ability & Computer Literacy In Specialist stream, an additional test to assess
Technical& professional knowledge in the relevant discipline. 20
Test in English language comprising of: Essay, Précis & Comprehension 50
TOTAL (Aggregate) 150 marks
Total time Duration: 180 mins.
Minus marking will be application for each wrong answer 1/4 marks will be deducted.
