TET for Shiksha Mitra of UP Latest News Update 2013

This is not a good not for Shiksha Mitra of Uttar pradesh who are currently working in government primary school conducted by basic shiksha parishad. Now its 90% sure after Supreme Court and high court order that without qualifying TET exam no candidates will be eligible for appointment of teacher posts. But after that many shiksha Mitra are saying that they are already selected and after completing there 2 year training they will be adjusted by Smayojan process so TET will be not applicable. But court said that no teacher will be appointed without qualifying TET and Government also given affidavit regarding this matter that no appointment will be done without qualifying TET examination. That’s why many Trainee of BTC and VBTC candidates exempted from Up basic Assistant Teacher Recruitment since last two vacancies. now government considering to change the UP teacher service rule  and stopped the all rumors on this matter and further recruitment process of shiksha Mitra.
Recently Top Administration invited proposal to basic Shiksha Nideshalaya regarding recruitment process and procedure of shiksha Mitra. Directorate of education department prepared proposal and in this proposal TET will be compulsory for all shiksha Mitra who gets there two year training of BTC via distance program. Base of making necessity of TET is the order / judgment of high court Date 30 may 2013 in case Prabhakrr Vs State govt of Up. So up Teacher service rule 1984 will be changed.
As we know recruitment process of shiksha Mitra was started from 2000 and two- two shiksha Mitra were appointed in each primary school but after the enactment of right to education RTE now only Trend teacher have right of teaching in government primary Upper primary school. After that government started training for these 1.76 shiksha Mitra. In first round 58 thousands shiksha Mitra, 60 thousands shiksha Mitra selected for two year training in 2nd round. Remaining SM will be trained in 3rd round.
Government also thought that SM will be appointed without UPTET or CTET but government now enforce to take decision after court orders. Now those shiksha Mitra who will declared qualified in TET examination they will appoint for the posts of assistant teacher after training and those teacher who will be disqualified they will continue there teaching on fixed Mandey honorarium. But final decision will be taken by chief minister of uttar pradesh. Lets us see what happen on this matter.
