Central government has given approval for 7th pay commission 2013. This is really a very pleasuring news to all central government employee, and pensioners. Its expected that sate government will also apply 7th pay commission after its enactment in central government. Approximately 80 lakh employee of central government will get the benefit of 7th pay commission.
Prime minister of India Mr M.M. Singh has given there approval for framing new commission. 30 lakh pensioner , 50 lakh central government employ, armed force currently will come under 7th pay commission . its expected that mostly all pay band, pay scale, pay grade will be revised after the recommendation report of 7th pay commission. Salary approximately may be increased o 50 to 60 %.
Critics are saying this is the pre election stunt of central government for taking the advantage in upcoming parliament election.
As we 6th pay commission and reports now applicable since January 2006. pay commission usually takes 2 year of time duration for colleting various data of various departments and submitting there final report to central government. If 7th pay commission will submit there report in two year then its would be applicable form 2016. Chairman and member of this commission will be also going to announce very soon. 5th commission was applied from 1 January 1996 ,4th pay commission was live from 1 January 1986 . government framed these pay commission within 10 year of time duration for revising the salary of there employee. State government also following these report with few amendment.
Some of the proposed recommendation and proposal for 7th commission as are follows
A revised pay slab should be applicable for all those central government posts whose salary is less then 26000 and they are fixed.
Minimum entry level salary should be 6600.
Maximum salary for sectary level should be 80,000rs
There should be a equal salary of all secretary level of posts
No of grade pay should be decreased to 20 and changeable pay slab for these pay grade should be 4 .
During promotion time, pay slab should be decide by promoted posts and one increment should be given for salary.
Yearly increment in salary should be 2.5 % of total salary.
Revised salary and increased should be given from July .

The sixth pay commission fixed peons at 4440/- + 1300 = 5740 /-
5740 / 2550 = 2.25
A babu was fixed at - 5200/- + 1900 = 7100/-
7100 / 3050 = 2.32
And these bastards are playing with sentiments of employees

Delete4th cpc and 5th cpc everyone or most says ok but 6th cpc lots of complaint, 7th cpc must reconsider again 4th and 5th cpc's module.
ReplyDeleteThe next grade pay from 4600 is 4800 in some dept.( CISF) whereas there is no such post/designations in that ministry/organisation, it should be abloshied immediately and it should be enhanced to 5400 instead of 4800
