Odisha Staff selection Commission OSSC published the notification Advertisement No IIE-04/2013-2613/OSSC date 26 September 2013 for the recruitment to the post of Junior Stenographer. Application form are invited online. Eligible candidates can apply online at the official website odisha SSC.

Total no of Posts : 94 NOS of posts (including 25 contractual posts ) (SC 20 , ST 39, SEBC 11, UR 24 )
Salary : pay band 5200-20200 with grade pay 2400
Eligibility Criteria: age limit : minimum 18 year and maximum 32 year as on 1 January 2013.
Education Qualification: Higher secondary school (+2 art / science / commerce
Posse a minimum speed of 80 word per minute in short hand both in English and odia.
Application Form fee: rs 100 , you have option to deposit application form fee via online and offline mode.
Section procedure: via written exam and Short Hand test in English and Odia
Written exam pattern: English knowledge of English language : 25 marks
Odia : knowledge of odia : 25 marks
Short hand English: Dictation English : 80 word per minute – 50 marks, 5 minutes
Transcription : 25 minutes , 16 words per minute , 50 marks
Dictation odia : 80 word per minute in 5 minutes , 50 marks
Transcription on computer : 35 minutes , 50 marks
