Shiksha Mitra Smayojan News 2013 SM January 2014 Primary Teacher posts

Few candidates of Shiksha Mitra who was doubt that that what will be age limit for shiksha Mitra? then we would to like to clear there doubts that there will be no age limit for shiksha mistral. All shiksha Mitra whose age is less then 62 year they can participate in Smayojan process under rule and guideline by uttar pradesh basic shiksha parishad.
Only those SM / Shiksha Mitra can participated in Smayojan process of January 2014 who are CTET or UPTET Primary level paper 1 qualified.
State government already declared that Shiksha Mitra will be permanent for the posts of assistant teacher in government primary schools of Uttar pradesh. According to Shashnadesh (Government order ) published by Basic Education Department 60 thousands BTC trained graduate shiksha Mitra will samayojit in January 2014 1st batch.
For making Smayojan process 18th amendment in up teacher basic education teacher service rule 1981 proposed for amendment after that recruitment process will be initiated. For amendment process Directorate of basic education published the proposal to cabinet.
“Only TET / CTET Qualified teacher will be samayojit for assistant teacher posts permanently according to proposal. High court Allahabad, supreme court already cleared, and NCTE also said that TET will be compulsory for being a teacher in parishadiya vidyalaya after 23 august 2013.
How seniority will be decide between Shiksha Mitra
Seniority of the shiksha Mitra will be decide after the Smayojan on the basis of there academic marks. a Gunvataa Ank / Gudank will be used for deciding the seniority among the SM.
Merit lists will be prepared as are follows
10% of High school marks + 20 % for intermediate marks + 40% of graduation marks + 12 marks for 1st division / 6 marks for 2nd division /3 marks for 3rd division in theory and practical.
