Now RTI creates a new dispute in RTE. a new explanation now published that to provide Exemption from TET to shiksha Mitra is the right of State government. However till date we were familiar that no teacher will be appointed for Primary teacher posts without qualifying UPTET or CTET. A lot of rumors are already in the air that TET is compulsory for 1.72 lakh shiksha Mitra or not. MHRD now given new definition that taking decision on necessity of Shiksha Mitra is the right of state government. A Shiksha Mitra of Punjab filed a RTI and asked about TET for shiksha Mitra, and then MHRD replied that this decision will be taken by state government. However every one knows that NCTE given decision in 2011that shiksha Mitra is not permanent posts or not equivalent to assistant teacher of Primary school so TET will be compulsory for Shiksha Mitra. Both replies contradict with each other. So you can easily understand what will be happened on shiksha Mitra Joining / appointment. When RTE authorities have no cleared opinion on this matter that how recruitment process will be started for Shiksha Mitra. Shiksha Mitra training was started from July 2011 and however TET was compulsory to all BTC batches mostly BTC trained candidates before 2010 yet not get the job. Court also denied giving any exemption to any one from TET on their decision.
Rules are saying that Recruitment process for Primary teacher will be only started and will be valid when notification Advertisement for the recruitment of Assistant Teacher will be published by BSA or Basic Shiksha adhikari. In this case no recruitment notification yet published by any BSA.
Shiksha Mitra appealing that they are working since long time in primary Scholl so they will be just adjusted / Smayojit and no recruitment process will be started for them. However state government of uttar pradesh published GO for the recruitment of Shiksha Mitra . let us see what happened in this matter.

without tet or ctet nobody get the chance to get a assistant teacher.............
