Now started publishing advertisement in local news paper about how merit list will be prepared for Panchayati raj adhikari posts. Today various District published the notification about the last date of application form submission and how merit lists will be calculated. Selection of the eligible candidates will be strictly based on the academic marks as well as interview test.

Merit lists Preparation formula for  Zila panchayat raja Adhikari will be as are follows
Intermediate :
A : marks  equal to 60% or above : 20 marks
B : marks  equal to 45% or above : 15 marks
C : marks  equal to 33% or above : 10 marks

Graduation
A : marks  equal to 60% or above : 10 marks
B : marks  equal to 45% or above : 08 marks
C : marks  equal to 33% or above : 06 marks

Sports Person (weightage only permissible when sport certificate will be submitted )
For International payer: 5 marks
For national level payers : 4 marks
For state level players : 3 marks
For university / College / school level players : 2 marks

CHATNI SHUDA :
A : for 1s year service : 5 marks
B: for 2nd year service or more then 2 years , for each year : 5 marks (up to 15 marks )

Interview marks (50 marks )
A : Subject  / general knowledge : 10 marks
B : personality test : 20 marks
C : communication Skill  : 20 Marks

Last date of Application form Submission is : 19 October 2013 till 5 PM.
Previous last date of 7 October 2013 but according to today notification now last date of gram panchayat adhikari extended to 19 October 2013.
