No Salary for Newly appointed teacher In primary School of UP.

Despite deepawali being around the corner nearly 275 newly appointed teacher in primary school in Allahabad have failed to receive there first salary after passing 3 months. As per the teacher , the state government on one hand was distributing special Deepwali bonus to government employee and other teacher in advance and other official of basic shiksha parishad had not shown any inters in getting there salaries released.

Reports saying that 275 teacher were recruited in Allahabad under the 10800 recruitment process which was started from may after that these teacher got the joining letter and  / appointment letter which was issued in 25 July with 4 days delay on 28 July 2013. Mostly teacher joined on 29 July 2013. Mostly teacher got joining letter which belongs from the outside of the Allahabad. Really its very critical situation for newly appointed teacher because mostly all teacher except female got school more then 70 km from the district head quarter and paying more then 6000 per month on  Petrol and other expenditure. So it’s a very difficult to carry on teaching with good Mood without getting salary from 3 months. Teachers are saying that when they concerted to clerk of BSA office then mostly clerk has no time of 1 minute to listing the problem of teacher. They are just saying you document verification are under Process when it will be completed then process of salary will be started. However reports saying that 80% document verification already done on the level of DIET during the BTC training. According To Teacher ,

Intension is very clear , if you pay bribe for your 1st salary then they  will do work other wise >………………………………………..document verification are under Process………………………..
