Syllabus of UPPSC PCS Mains Exam 2015 Pattern of State Upper Subordinate

 Uttar Pradesh Public Service Going to conduct UP Combined State Upper subordinate Service Mains Examination 2015 / UP PCS Mains Examination 2015   17 June 2015. main exam dates have been announced for PCS 2015 . According to latest notification  290/14/MIS/E-1/2000-2001 dated 22 January 2015  Main Exam will be held from    17 June 2015 for various subjects.  However Pre Exam results of PCS Likely to be publish in the mid of may  2015.
We Brought Revised New updated syllabus and question paper pattern for UP PCS mains exam 2013.
Important Information about PCS main Exam pattern and syllabus as are follows .
1: Question of main examination will be Conventional Type.
2 : there will be total two category of subject which are optional subject and compulsory subject. Compulsory question paper will be same for all candidates . however two optional subject will be elected by candidates.
3: each optional question will comprise total two question paper.
4 : General Study paper 1 and paper 2  both will be objective type questions. Total 2 hour will be given for attempting question paper of GS for each paper for 150 question for each paper. 
5 For other paper time duration will be 3 hours and each optional paper will carry 200 marks .
6 : all candidates are required to score at least minimum cutoff marks for general Hindi paper .
7: there will be total 2 section in all paper of all option subject and each section of option question paper comprise 4 question. Candidate are require to answer only 5 question and 2 question from each section minimum.

2. Essay 150 marks
3. General Studies (i-Paper) 200 marks
4. General Studies (ii-Paper) 200 marks
