UGC Net Cutoff Marks for December 2013 Passing Marks Qualifying marks

According to latest notification issued by university grant commission UGC, following cutoff Criteria will be adopted for UGC Net December 2013 for deciding the merit lists for NET and JRF . a common merit lists will be prepared as are follows

Step 1 : first of all candidates are required to minimum qualifying marks Each paper wise and aggregate marks including all three question paper. UGC NET Exam aspirant are required to obtain the following minimum passing marks in paper 1 , paper 2, and paper 3 which are

All those candidates who will score minimum qualifying cutoff marks paper wise which is published above now evaluated as are follows

Step 2 : Merit lists will be prepared for each subject and for each category by using the aggregate marks of all 3 question paper of UGC NET December 2013.

Step 3: I the last, only top most 15% candidates in each subject and each category will be declared qualified for NET examination.

Qualifying criteria for JRF December 2013
Total 3200 fellowship will be provide in each UGC net
No  of slots available for JRF GEN (Unreserved) 1520, OBC (Non-creamy layer)) 864,
SC 480, ST 240, PWD 96, TOTAL 3200.
calculation is based on the proportion of no of applicant who had selectedfor JRF and were qualified for NET in each subject category wise to the total number of candidates qualified for lectureship who had
opted for JRF in that category over all subjects multiplied by the total number of fellowships to be awarded to that category.

  1. sir i have got 74 in paper 3 in education . i am a general candidate. in other two papers i have got qualifying marks and i ll be getting 63% .will i be considered in the process of preparation of panel?
