Recently uppbpb published the notification for the recruitment of constable posts. Online and offline notification was invited for these constable posts. Approximately there total are 41610 posts including various category. Last date of application form Submission was 20 august 2013 for the recruitment of Police, PAC, and Fireman posts. This time a record 22 lakh candidates applied for Constable Recruitment. It would be biggest challenge to Up Police department to conduct constable written examination for 22 lakh applicant. Uttar pradesh police promotion and recruitment board published the notification on 20 June 2013 for the recruitment of constable posts. Last date of application form submission was 20 June 2013. There are total 35500 posts for constable, constable provincial armed constabulary PAC 4033, and fireman 2077 posts last date for online registration is 18 august 2013.

How to Download Constable Admit Card / Call Letter / hall ticket
All candidates who applied for constable written exam which will be held on 27 October 2013 and 10 November 2013 they can download the admit card online. Just like other police examination written exam admit card will be also hosted online. Admit card will be hosted for download before the 14 day of the written examination that means admit card will be available for download from the 2nd week of October 2013. As we get any official news about when uppbpb officially publish admit card we will given an updates here.
Recruitment process for constable posts will be completed in various stages. First of all a written exam will be held for all candidates and constable written exam will carry total 300 marks. There will be a common question paper for constable, constable PAC , fireman posts. Questions will be related to general knowledge and current affairs, reasoning, and arithmetic subjects. All candidates are required to score minimum 35% marks in written examination. Otherwise candidates will be disqualified.
After the written examination PET (physical Efficiency Test) will be held. PET exam will carry 100 marks. in this test a race will be held for male and female constable. On the basis of completing race timing marks will be allotted.
