Merit List Cutoff UP Upper Primary Science Math Teacher Recruitment JRT Junior Teacher 2013

Uttar pradesh basic shiksha parishad recently published the advertisement for the recruitment of Science and math teacher posts in upper Primary School UPS / junior Primary conducted by up basic education Department. This is the first time when government of Up decided to fill Science math teacher via direct recruitment.
There are total 29334 posts upper primary Teacher. 14667 posts for Science teachers and 14667 posts for math’s teachers.
Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on merit prepared by online on the basis of academic record of high school, Intermediate, Graduation and training marks. No weightage will be given for CTET or UPTET.
Last date of online registration is 24 September 2013 and last date of completing online application form is 30 September 2013.
There will be two separate merit list will be prepared for each district. Merit list for math teacher posts will be different and merit list for science teacher posts will be different.
Merit list for both categories of the posts will be prepared on the basis of High school marks percentage, intermediate marks percentage and graduation marks. For teacher training , 1st division in b.ed / Btc/ VBTC candidates will be given 12 marks, for 2nd Division 6 marks and for 3rd division 3 marks will be given.  Final merit list will be calculated via Gudank formula / gudank method. 
Few candidates are suspected because in online registration because only option for submitting data for percentage of academic record available. so mostly those candidates who declared first division with grace and have percentage less then 60% , then its expectation that they will get only 6 marks .
Let us see what happen in this case. Well 10% of class 10 marks percentage ,20% for class 12th marks percentage and 40% for graduation marks percentage will be taken during calculation of merit lists. After that category wise cutoff for each district will be published online and it will be also available here www.recruitmentjob.in

    isha 28 sept 2013 I HAD DONE BCA AND I HAD APPLIED FOR BOTH(SCIENCE AND MATHS) IN 10TH MY PERCENTAGE IS 66.80%,12 TH IS 48%,GRADUCATIOB(BCA) IS 75%,B.ED 70.6%.I AM OBC CATEGORY.PLEASE TELL ME MY MERIT

      Hi,
      sorry, but seems you did wrong calculation.B.ed 70.6% doesn't mean candidate must get first division in Theory and practical. for which you added 12+12=24.For correct calculation, Theory and practical marks and total mars required, on the basis of that, 12, 6 and 3 marks (first division, second division , Third division respectively) awarded to candidate.

    first list for gen will be above 70%
    second will be above 65%
    third list will be above 62%
    general category candidate above 61% will be safe at last..

    I have a tool for estimating the cuttoff marks , Please send me the data for 10 , 12 , Grad and Bed marks .

    I will calculate the likely average for students belonging to both science and maths stream and will soon publish on the net.
