Various railway recruitment Cell RRC now started publishing the recruitment Notification for filling posts of Group D category on a large scale. Every year many lakh aspirants participating in the Recruitment process of Group D non Technical Cadre.

RRC Group D Selection Process Railway Recruitment Selection Procedure Mode of Selection
First of al a common written exam will be held by each RRC on the same day at all over India. Candidates will be intimated about Group D exam and exam centers via Group D admit card. RRC only dispatched the admit card those application who are found correct after the initial Scrutiny.
Written Exam Pattern for Group D posts
All question of written exam which will be held by RRC will be Objective type of nature. For each question there will be 4 options and only one answer will be correct. Question paper stander will be high school level. So try to cover all basic of high school for sure success in group D written exam.
Question of Group will be related to only four subjects which are General knowledge Gk, General awareness GS, mathematics and reasoning Subjects.
Question paper will conations only 100 question from various topics.
Total 90 minutes will be given for attempting the 100 questions. So I will recommend you to enhance you question paper solving speed via using previous year group D question paper and model paper.
Question paper medium will be Hindi, English , Urdu and maithili languages.
Negative Marking / Minus marking: negative marking Group D exam will be applicable so candidates USE THINK BEFORE INK for sure success. Question of group D usualy set in this manner that you will be not able judge what will be correct answer so be sure and ensure maximum accuracy because for each wrong answer you will loss 1/3 marks as a minus marking.
PET Physical efficiency Test for Group D posts
After the declaration of Group D results those candidates who will declared qualified in written exam they will be called for PET test on the basis of there merit.
Male candidates are require to 1000 met race in 4 minutes and 15 seconds
Female candidates are require to complete 400 meter race in 3 minute and 10 second in one chance,
In the last candidates will be call for Document verification after that those candidates who declared qualified in phase they will be appointed under
Pay Band – 1 of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1800/
