ECI now published the notification advertisement No. ECI/PN/43 /2013 for the assembly election on 5 states on 4octber 2013   None of the Above (NOTA) Option in EVM will be available this time. A public Call Center will be established for complaint of voter. ECI will closely observe on all paid News and Paid news channels. Moral codes of Conduct are now applicable in 5 states. Approximately 11 crore voter will use there Voting right for 630 assembly constituency
