This is very good news coming for all graduates of 7 states of uttar pradesh. CAB committee recently given there recommendation on national Mission on teacher and training. Approximately 7 states will get this special benefit to recruitment teacher who are just graduate and TET qualified. TET will be mandatory for applying posts. if this recommendation will be approved then its expected that first of all amended in CTET will be done because currently for applying CTET or UPTET or any State Teacher Training like B.ed / BTC or any other training is must for Teacher Eligibility Test. So without changing the eligibility criteria in Teacher Eligibility test how graduate candidates will be eligible for TET and will participate in recruitment process. Its expected 7 states including UP Uttar pradesh will also got this exemption. So general graduate candidates with teacher training they can participate in Teacher recruitment process of Primary schools. After he recruitment process these candidates will get a special teacher Training. This recommendation had given by the apex unit of Education related matter CAB.
This committee categories all states in 3 categories on the basis of various primary teacher problem. In 1st  A category states, only Trained TET qualified teacher will be appointed in government primary schools. These A categories teacher are Delhi, Haryana, Himachal pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab etc . There are total 13 states in A categories of the state.
2nd lists for those state where teacher posts still vacant , these state are Uttar pradesh, Assam , Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, odisha, and  west bengal . These states have very poor situation of primary schools due to lack of enough teachers in school that’s why committee deiced to recruit teacher with out training for improving the quality of the education .
According to this report submitted to MHRD, due to lack of enough amount of trained teacher now general graduate candidates should be appointed for teaching posts. on the basis of academic qualification Teacher should be appointed in primary and upper primary school for teacher posts this right should be given to above states.
Committee said but these graduates will be trained via Open and distance learning medium of teacher training and state should arrange to provide professional training to these selected candidates. If this proposal will be approval in upcoming CAB meeting then very soon teacher recruitment door will be open for general graduate.
