Recently various district of uttar pradesh published the recruitment notification for various posts of Gram panchayat Adhikari 2013. Last date of application form Submission for Gram panchayat adhikari Kanpur Dehat is 8 October 2013. After that Panchayati raj department of teacher district will prepare merit lists for calling candidates for Interview Test.
Those candidates who have marks on above the cutoff marks decided by each Panchayati raj department they will be call for interview test. Panchayati Raj department will send admit card / call letter to eligible candidates for informing them about interview dates and interview center.
Selection for the posts of Gram Panchayat Vikas adhikari will be strictly on the basis of Academic merit of High school and intermediate marks. first of candidates will be shortlists on the basis of academic merit , after that these candidates will be call interview test.
Final selection will be based on the interview test.

Actually candidates merit lists / short listed results will be prepared on the basis of no of vacancies available in each district so completion will be high. Those candidates who will score high marks in intermediate and high school they will call for interview test .
So according to my assumption merit and cutoff will not be less then for 75% for high school and intermediate. If you have fewer score then forget this vacancy because CBSE board and new batches of UP board average scoring 80% in high school and intermediate and posts are very less in each district. So those candidates who have good marks like above 75% in class 10, and call 12 they will get call for interview posts.

How Merit lists will be prepared: a merit lists will be prepared on the basis of 100 marks . 50 marks sets for academic record and 50 marks for interview marks.   weightage will be given to graduate candidate, Ex service man, NCC B certificate holder, candidates belong to Rural areas etc.
